This full-time opportunity (30 or more hours per week) is located primarily in Multnomah County with secondary duties in Clackamas County, Oregon, and carries an hourly wage of $20.71. The Job Coach is responsible for providing direct support to individuals with disabilities at various host company employment sites, ensuring they succeed and integrate smoothly into their workplaces. This position is not only about assisting with job tasks but also fostering natural workplace supports, independence, social integration, and continuous learning. The Job Coach will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including employment consultants, program managers, families, and vocational counselors, to coordinate comprehensive support tailored to each participant's needs. The job involves occasional travel (up to 25 percent) and requires flexibility with scheduling since work hours may include evenings, daytime, and weekends, aligning both with the participants' employment schedules and the coach's lifestyle.
