Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with telephone systems and office equipment
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- detail-oriented and organized
Job Duties
- Answers telephones and directs callers to appropriate personnel
- greets and directs visitors
- notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax number, company website and other related information
- assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- provides clerical/administrative support
