Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security identification
- prior experience in fast-paced, time-constrained environment
- maintain composure and professionalism while multitasking
- availability to work as part of detail-oriented team
- must be a local in-state resident
- valid in-state driver’s license
- authorization to work in the United States

- two plus years of relevant customer service and supervisory experience

- composure and professionalism when dealing with frontline staff and customers
Job Duties
- ensure all employees have correct information for daily assignment
- closely monitor hours used to run a lean and efficient operation
- make good decisions balancing work hours with operation demands
- prioritize tasks and manage aircraft turnaround from arrival to departure
- respond to emergencies and non-emergencies efficiently
- ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to schedules
- provide leadership and executive team with clear reports
- record and maintain logs and dispatch information
- oversee and resolve customer service issues for bound customers
- direct passengers through customs and immigration
- handle all aspects of wheelchair support via computerized boarding and arrival system
- assist customers with a friendly, smile and anticipatory approach
- perform other related duties as assigned within skill and experience capabilities
