Job Duties

  • Build list of potential customers by researching database, websites, LinkedIn, and trade press
  • Proactively target the list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits both face-to-face and virtual
  • Build relationships with Private Jet Operators to access widest range of aircraft options
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Work to sales targets meeting financial objectives
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and chartering process
  • Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
  • Receive inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
  • Present bespoke quotes to customers showing commercial acumen
  • Oversee flight departures including unsociable hours flight watching
