Working behind the counter, Crew Members must handle food prep swiftly and accurately, communicate effectively with customers to fulfill orders, and uphold the company's high standards of hygiene and presentation. The position offers flexible scheduling options including full-time and part-time shifts with day, evening, and morning availability. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working behind a counter
- Must be coachable and open to feedback
- Availability for flexible shifts including day, evening, and morning
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a uniformed environment
