Job Requirements
- Valid SORA license
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy
- Availability for part-time hours

Job Duties
- Make eye contact and welcome residents and guests warmly
- Monitor lobby and handle incoming calls and requests
- Receive, sign for, and efficiently deliver packages and food deliveries
- Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures
- Coordinate realtor, potential homebuyer, and renter visits
- Advise residents and guests on property rules and regulations
- Ensure proper access procedures for residents, guests, and vendors
- Promptly respond to resident phone calls, requests, and concerns
- Maintain a sharp appearance in supplied uniform
- Collaborate effectively with team members and property management
