We are currently hiring a part-time Front Desk Associate for our Jersey City, NJ location, offering a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour. This position requires a candidate who can work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal Front Desk Associate will possess the ability to make residents and their guests feel welcomed and appreciated as the first point of contact at exclusive residential properties.

In this role, you will be stationed at some of the most prestigious addresses, serving as the friendly and professional face that residents encounter when they return home. You will be responsible for monitoring the lobby area, handling incoming calls and requests, and managing the receipt and delivery of packages and food orders. Your role plays an essential part in maintaining the smooth daily operations of the property by effectively communicating with your team, property management, and residents.

As a Front Desk Associate, your priority will be to foster a welcoming, home-like environment for residents by demonstrating genuine sincerity and appreciation in all interactions. You will also support facility security by managing contractor arrivals, realtor visits, and ensuring compliance with property rules and regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives on multitasking and working collaboratively within a team.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • advise residents and guests of property rules and regulations
