The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Bar Assistant to join our food & beverage team. The Bar Assistant works harmoniously and professionally with the bartender and other co-workers to assist in maintaining stocks by helping with inventory, changing kegs, collecting empty glassware, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar. They efficiently and continuously restock the bartender area with liquor, ice, fruit, and straws necessary for both guest and bartender use. The Bar Assistant also helps the bartender monitor guests at the bar and complete guest requests to ascertain satisfaction and ensure exceptional service.

This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of service and luxury that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for flawless service and uphold the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
