Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of JD Edwards CNC implementation and support experience
- Proficiency with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software
- Experience with performance tuning and system monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite in Bloomington, Indiana
- Availability to work fulltime
- Capacity to provide end-user support and training
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in JD Edwards CNC implementation and production support
- Strong knowledge of OMW configuration and project promotion
- Experience with server and client package build and deployments
- Familiarity with CNC activities including security package build deployment and ASUESUs
- Ability to install and manage Business Services Server
- Skilled in administration of print batch queues and performance monitoring tools like SAW and Server Manager
- Experience in environment creation and pathcode management
- Proficient in monitoring and optimizing EnterpriseOne system performance
- Knowledge of backup and restore procedures
- Understanding of high availability software and solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with good customer interaction skills
Job Duties
- Run and maintain the JDE production environments and manage customers day to day tasks
- OMW configuration and project promotion
- Server and client package build and deployments
- Perform CNC activities including security package build deployment, OMW, and ASUESUs
- Install and manage Business Services Server and related package deployments
- Administer print batch queues, performance tuning, and monitoring via SAW and Server Manager
- Create and manage environments, pathcodes, and instances
- Monitor and manage application system performance and availability
- Monitor and manage EnterpriseOne system backups and restores
- Monitor EnterpriseOne job scheduler, track system performance, resolve performance problems, and optimize application processing
- Understand high availability software and solutions
- Provide complete and timely support for end users
- Interact extensively with other support groups for EnterpriseOne application support
- Exhibit excellent team player and customer interaction skills
- Apply analytical and problem-resolving skills to technology and business-related issues
