Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year previous customer service related experience required
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations
- Must be able to write legibly, complete detailed paperwork and use a computer for extended periods of time
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
- Must possess excellent telephone interaction skills
- Ability to learn the menu, point of sale system and day to day procedures
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work any day and any shift
- Must meet company appearance standards
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Job Duties
- Answers department telephone in a cordial and professional manner to take food and amenity orders
- Ensures orders are accurately taken with any special requests noted and confirmed with the guest
- Refers special requests to the Multi-Outlet Assistant Manager
- Obtains necessary approvals prior to processing orders
- Suggests additional food and beverage items to compliment order
- Enters all orders into the computer system
- Accurately uses point of sale system
- Notifies management of any guest complaints or alleged discrepancies
- Treats guest with courtesy and respect
- Becomes familiar with hotel services in order to answer questions and provide assistance to guests
- Maintains a clean work environment
- Performs side work duties as assigned
- Complies with all Caesars safety, health and general policies and procedures
