Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year previous customer service related experience required
  • Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations
  • Must be able to write legibly, complete detailed paperwork and use a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
  • Must possess excellent telephone interaction skills
  • Ability to learn the menu, point of sale system and day to day procedures
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work any day and any shift
  • Must meet company appearance standards
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Job Duties

  • Answers department telephone in a cordial and professional manner to take food and amenity orders
  • Ensures orders are accurately taken with any special requests noted and confirmed with the guest
  • Refers special requests to the Multi-Outlet Assistant Manager
  • Obtains necessary approvals prior to processing orders
  • Suggests additional food and beverage items to compliment order
  • Enters all orders into the computer system
  • Accurately uses point of sale system
  • Notifies management of any guest complaints or alleged discrepancies
  • Treats guest with courtesy and respect
  • Becomes familiar with hotel services in order to answer questions and provide assistance to guests
  • Maintains a clean work environment
  • Performs side work duties as assigned
  • Complies with all Caesars safety, health and general policies and procedures
