Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year previous customer service related experience required
Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations
Must be able to write legibly, complete detailed paperwork and use a computer for extended periods of time
Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
Must possess excellent telephone interaction skills
Ability to learn the menu, point of sale system and day to day procedures
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work any day and any shift
Must meet company appearance standards
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Job Duties

Answers department telephone in a cordial and professional manner to take food and amenity orders
Ensures orders are accurately taken with any special requests noted and confirmed with the guest
Refers special requests to the Multi-Outlet Assistant Manager
Obtains necessary approvals prior to processing orders
Suggests additional food and beverage items to compliment order
Enters all orders into the computer system
Accurately uses point of sale system
Notifies management of any guest complaints or alleged discrepancies
Treats guest with courtesy and respect
Becomes familiar with hotel services in order to answer questions and provide assistance to guests
Maintains a clean work environment
Performs side work duties as assigned
Complies with all Caesars safety, health and general policies and procedures
