Job Requirements
- minimum two years janitorial experience
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- knowledge of housekeeping operational procedures
- knowledge of sanitation requirements and cleaning chemical applications
- basic knowledge of hand tools
- basic knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures
- physically able to bend, stretch, lift up to 50 lb, climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods
- able to work indoors and outdoors
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of housekeeping operational procedures

- ability to assess situations and take initiative
Job Duties
- maintain general indoor appearance of the building including trash collection, vacuuming and carpet cleaning services
- mop floors in restrooms, stairwells, and lobbies
- dust and wipe furniture and vents
- operate cleaning machines such as vacuum, shampooer, and buffer
- mix and use cleaning solutions safely
- disinfect and sanitize employee workspaces and public areas according to health guidelines
- perform assigned work orders including setting up conference rooms for training
- assist with event set up and take down including arranging tables and trash receptacles
