Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to carry out detailed instructions
- must download and use the KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping and task management
- must be reliable and punctual
- ability to communicate effectively
- walking frequently throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior janitorial or cleaning experience is an asset
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
- ability to follow detailed written instructions
- problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- interact with customers and prioritize work based on daily needs
- work in high volume and heavy traffic sites or as an individual crew member
- maintain excellent customer relations while executing requests
- possess broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- provide solutions and demonstrate leadership abilities
- perform additional tasks as directed by the manager
