Job Requirements
- ability to lift and move containers up to 49 pounds
- ability to walk and stand for up to 10 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- effective communication skills with internal and external customers
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- commitment to using KBSPresence mobile app for time tracking
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cleaning or custodial services preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
- effective communication skills
- knowledge of cleaning processes and safety protocols
- ability to use mobile time tracking software
Job Duties
- provide excellent cleaning services
- interact with clients and respond to their requests
- prioritize daily cleaning tasks based on client needs
- work independently or as part of a team in high-traffic environments
- maintain excellent client relationships
- comply with safety and operational procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by management
