Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to walk frequently throughout the entire shift
- ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents generally in English
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- must download and use KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping
- adherence to company policies and local laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior janitorial or cleaning experience beneficial
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong customer service orientation
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- ability to follow detailed instructions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- interact with customers and prioritize work based on their needs
- maintain excellent customer relations
- execute customer requests and meet daily janitorial duties
- apply broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- lead and provide solutions to various problems
- perform other tasks as directed by manager
