Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout entire shift
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English
- may have Spanish where required)
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Must download and use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software on personal mobile device
- Willingness to use personal device for work-related tasks with cell phone reimbursement provided
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services desirable but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to understand and execute cleaning processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of safety and cleaning protocols
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- Interact with customers and prioritize work based on daily needs
- Maintain excellent customer relations and execute customer requests
- Perform janitorial duties with broad knowledge of cleaning processes
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Lead and provide solutions to various problems
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
