Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours during a shift
- Ability to carry out detailed written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
- Effective communication skills with internal and external customers
- Use of KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software
- Willingness to download and use company-required mobile applications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- Interact with customers daily and maintain excellent relations
- Prioritize work based on customer needs
- Perform janitorial duties in high volume and heavy traffic sites
- Lead and provide solutions to various problems
- Fulfill customer requests promptly
- Execute other responsibilities as directed by manager
