Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 10-12 hours per shift
- Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals generally in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Must download and use KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping
- Must have a smartphone for app use
- Must comply with company policies and local laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is an asset
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to use mobile applications for timekeeping and training
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services in high volume and heavy traffic sites
- Interact with customers daily and maintain excellent customer relations
- Execute customer requests and meet daily janitorial duties
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Use excellent customer service skills
- Lead and provide solutions to various problems
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
