Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Walking frequently throughout the entire shift
- Ability to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hours
- Ability to carry out detailed written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
- Effective communication with internal and external customers
- Willingness to use KBSPresence mobile app for time and attendance tracking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of safety rules and chemical handling
- Ability to lead and solve problems independently
- Familiarity with mobile timekeeping and training applications advantageous
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services while interacting with customers daily
- Prioritize and execute janitorial duties in high volume and heavy traffic sites
- Maintain strong customer relations and promptly execute customer requests
- Utilize broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Lead and provide solutions to various operational problems
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by manager
