Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours per shift
- Ability to walk frequently in and around the facility during the shift
- Ability to carry out detailed and written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and chemical handling manuals
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Use of personal mobile device for KBSPresence timekeeping
- Compliance with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services to customers
- Interact and maintain strong customer relations daily
- Execute customer requests promptly and efficiently
- Perform daily janitorial duties including cleaning and maintenance
- Utilize broad knowledge of janitorial processes to solve problems
- Lead and provide solutions to various operational challenges
- Follow directions and responsibilities assigned by the manager
