Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and weekends as required
- able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- frequently able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
- must adhere to company dress code and maintain a neat appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- friendly and able to maintain a positive attitude
- ability to follow company safety and sanitation guidelines
- capable of working flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- safely and correctly operate all equipment
- use all chemicals properly in correct quantities
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- control costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintain maintenance storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- clean and maintain wood floors and walls, tile and carpets
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas including restocking supplies
- dust all wood and fixtures
- polish all brass plates, rails and hardware
- clean and maintain ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents
- clean and maintain all mats
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- clean and maintain back dock area
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with other team members
- be friendly and smile while working days, nights or weekends
- demonstrate ability to communicate early with guests and team members
- be disciplined and self-motivated
- dress neat, clean and professional at all times
