This job opening is for various frontline janitorial positions including Day Porters, General Cleaners, Floaters, and Supervisors. These roles are essential in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within multiple facilities. The positions offer varied shifts including day and evening hours, full-time and part-time schedules, Monday through Friday or weekends only. Hourly pay rates range between $12.50 and $16.00 depending on location and position assigned. Team Members will be trained thoroughly in the company’s advanced cleaning protocols and provided with the necessary 4M apparel and personal protective equipment to conduct their duties safely and effectively.

As a frontline team member at 4M, you play a vital role by maintaining clean and sanitized environments that meet high health standards. Your responsibilities will involve wiping down a range of surfaces such as countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture, ensuring these areas remain pristine and well-maintained. You will manage trash removal and replenish essential supplies including towels, soaps, and toilet paper in restrooms and other areas. The role also includes sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming floors to keep them spotless.
