This opportunity is for a General Cleaner - Team Lead within 4M's janitorial services division. This is a frontline role where the candidate will be trained in 4M's advanced cleaning and disinfecting techniques, following best practices and safety protocols. The position involves working a scheduled shift from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday, with an hourly pay rate of $19.00. The job requires hands-on responsibilities such as wiping down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture; removing trash, replenishing towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls; as well as sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming. The team lead also acts as a facility’s extra set of eyes by reporting necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips.
