The role of General Cleaner/Dishwasher at 4M is an essential frontline position integral to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facilities served. This role operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, with an hourly pay rate of $18.00. Team members in this role will receive thorough training in 4M's advanced cleaning and disinfecting practices, including specific techniques using green-certified products to ensure safe and effective cleaning. Responsibilities will range from wiping down surfaces such as countertops, glass, mirrors, and furniture, to removing trash, replenishing supplies like towels and soaps, and performing floor maintenance including sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, employees are encouraged to act as the facility's extra set of eyes by reporting any necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, or drips that they encounter during their shifts.
