Janitorial Crew Members play a critical role in the upkeep of client facilities by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks. This includes cleaning rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows, ensuring that all areas remain pristine and welcoming. Responsibilities also include sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing stainless steel, maintaining restroom cleanliness, and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines. The job requires operating cleaning equipment safely and efficiently and maintaining detailed logs as necessary.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals, sheets/documents generally in English, may have in Spanish where state required
- Background check and drug test required
- Must download and use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software on personal mobile device
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic understanding of health and sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with company policies
- Good physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Perform work according to standard procedure and building's operational schedule
- Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows
- Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area
- Clean windows and mirrored surfaces
- polish stainless steel surfaces
- Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms including cleaning and policing as needed
- Complete sweep logs as directed
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
