Starting at a competitive pay rate of $16.50 per hour, the position involves a variety of cleaning duties performed in accordance with set standards and the operational schedules of the buildings served. Shift options begin as early as 4:00 am, providing flexibility for different lifestyle needs. Responsibilities include cleaning an array of spaces such as rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows. Crew members sweep and mop floors, remove debris, clean spills, and attend to detailed tasks such as polishing stainless steel surfaces and dusting fixtures and products. The role also includes maintaining the cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met.

Janitorial Crew Members must accurately complete sweep logs, operate and sanitize cleaning equipment safely, and adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety procedures. The job calls for physical stamina, as members will frequently walk throughout the facility, stand for prolonged periods, and lift objects weighing up to 49 pounds.
