The Janitorial Crew Lead role at KBS is a full-time position offering a competitive starting wage of $16.50 per hour. This role is critical within the Janitorial Services Team, playing a pivotal part in the daily execution and oversight of janitorial tasks within a fast-paced distribution center environment. The position involves direct leadership and coordination of a crew, ensuring that cleaning and facility maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and to the high standards set by KBS. Crew Leads act as liaisons between the crew members and management, facilitating open communication, providing guidance, and resolving any issues that arise.
