The position of Janitorial Cleaner at ABM is a part-time role focused on maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of assigned facilities. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, emptying trash and recycling bins, cleaning windows and glass surfaces, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies. Safety and adherence to company protocols are paramount, and the cleaner is expected to report any maintenance issues or hazards to supervisors.

This position requires availability during weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.25. Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus
ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Duties

perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces
clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met
empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies
clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor
assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed
follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation
