Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping is advantageous
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or pressure washers is a plus
Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like basic repairs or painting enhances your suitability for this role
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards are essential
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while adhering to safety guidelines

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently to uphold environmental standards
Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine
Carry out routine custodial duties including restocking supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper
Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or touch-up painting in residential or commercial settings
Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations
