Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must be able to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Must attend orientation and successfully complete training programs
- Must successfully complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk or hear
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards including wearing a clean TP black hat, keeping hair clean and tucked, maintaining trimmed fingernails, and not wearing jewelry or headphones during shifts
- Must abide by company policies regarding harassment, fraternization, and drug and alcohol abuse
Job Qualifications

- Must attend and successfully complete training programs including food and/or alcohol service certifications
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and GHS requirements
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
