We are currently looking for dedicated Janitorial Team Members to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and employees. Our Janitorial Team Members set the pace for a clean, sanitary shift, providing dependable and fast service that embodies the Chili's spirit. The responsibilities include performing daily sanitation and deep cleaning of various restaurant areas, such as floors, bathrooms, and grounds. You will be required to empty and properly dispose of all trash, collaborate with management to address maintenance needs, and handle cleaning chemicals safely. This entails following all safety guidelines concerning the use, storage, and disposal of chemicals. Alerting management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered is also part of the role. Additionally, the Janitorial Team Member must ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal health and safety standards. This position offers the chance to work in a supportive team atmosphere where teamwork and a friendly, warm attitude are essential. No prior experience is necessary as full training and support will be provided. Job Duties
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms and grounds
