Tenderloin Housing Clinic is currently seeking dedicated Janitors to join their team. These positions are available on both full-time and part-time bases, offering an hourly wage of $23.00. The janitorial roles at THC are not simply custodial; they are integral to creating and maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments for the tenants. Successful janitors will be responsible for routine building maintenance activities including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning communal bathrooms, dusting common areas, and managing waste through regular trash removal including compost and recycling. Additional duties involve more specialized tasks such as assisting with unit turnovers, pest control measures, and surface treatments like painting, buffing, stripping, and waxing floors.
