Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to apply common sense to perform assigned tasks
- capability to work under fast paced restaurant conditions
- willingness to undergo required training and complete certifications
- physical fitness to handle the physical demands of the position
- adherence to uniform and grooming policies
- ability to work collaboratively with team members
- compliance with local and state health and safety regulations.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- ability to operate tablets or computers for training purposes
- team player mentality
- willingness to comply with uniform and grooming standards
- completion of required training programs including food and/or alcohol service certifications
- physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 15 pounds, and handling cleaning chemicals
- understanding of safety, sanitation, and GHS requirements.
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
