Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
proven experience as a janitor busser
ability to communicate effectively in English
ability to apply common sense to perform assigned tasks
capability to work under fast paced restaurant conditions
willingness to undergo required training and complete certifications
physical fitness to handle the physical demands of the position
adherence to uniform and grooming policies
ability to work collaboratively with team members
compliance with local and state health and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a janitor busser
ability to communicate in English
ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
ability to work in a fast paced environment
ability to operate tablets or computers for training purposes
team player mentality
willingness to comply with uniform and grooming standards
completion of required training programs including food and/or alcohol service certifications
physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 15 pounds, and handling cleaning chemicals
understanding of safety, sanitation, and GHS requirements.

Job Duties

Adhering to uniform standards
adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
ability to work as a team
train using tablets or computer
ability to work in a fast paced environment
any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
