Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial or bussing roles preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Adherence to strict uniform guidelines
- Ability to attend and complete orientation and ongoing training
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures for restaurant cleaning and sanitation
- Ability to apply common sense and basic reasoning to carry out one or two-step instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to complete required safety and service training programs
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Assist with opening and closing duties including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management
