In the role of Janitor/Busser, your key focus will be maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant, ensuring that all health, safety, and sanitation standards are rigorously followed. You will be a vital frontline worker, assisting both the kitchen and dining areas by performing duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, and maintaining organized stations and equipment. Twin Peaks expects its Janitor/Busser team members to uphold rigorous uniform standards, including wearing designated attire and maintaining professional grooming. Moreover, you must be a team player who can effectively communicate in English, follow instructions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand and apply cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures
  • physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and carry or move objects up to 15 pounds
  • willingness to comply with Twin Peaks uniform and grooming standards
  • ability to attend orientation and successfully complete required training
  • adherence to company policies including harassment, fraternization, and drug and alcohol abuse policies.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
  • willingness to attend orientation and complete training programs
  • commitment to maintaining grooming and uniform standards
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Duties
