Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand and apply cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and carry or move objects up to 15 pounds
- willingness to comply with Twin Peaks uniform and grooming standards
- ability to attend orientation and successfully complete required training
- adherence to company policies including harassment, fraternization, and drug and alcohol abuse policies.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- willingness to attend orientation and complete training programs
- commitment to maintaining grooming and uniform standards
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- any other duty responsibility that management may deem necessary
- assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
