Job Requirements

  • Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures outlined in Twin Peaks training
  • must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
  • must successfully attend and complete any required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
  • proven experience as a janitor busser
  • physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, reach, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
  • adherence to uniform standards including clean black hat, clean shaven or maintained facial hair, trimmed fingernails, no jewelry, and clean clothing

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • understanding of policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
  • successful completion of training programs related to the role

Job Duties
