Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations
  • willingness to complete required training including food and/or alcohol service certifications
  • physical ability to perform tasks required by the job

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
