Job Requirements
- Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times
- Brim never bent
- Hair must be kept clean and underneath the TP hat
- Clean shaven with maintained beards and mustaches allowed
- Fingernails must be trimmed
- No jewelry in ears, face, neck or wrists
- No headphones or earbuds
- Clean, non-faded, wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 15 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must attend orientation and successfully complete training program
- Must comply with health and safety standards
- Adhere to Twin Peaks policies regarding harassment, fraternization, and substance abuse
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Must attend orientation and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- Must complete any required training in compliance with local and state regulations, including food and alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
