Job Requirements

  • Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times
  • Brim never bent
  • Hair must be kept clean and underneath the TP hat
  • Clean shaven with maintained beards and mustaches allowed
  • Fingernails must be trimmed
  • No jewelry in ears, face, neck or wrists
  • No headphones or earbuds
  • Clean, non-faded, wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must attend orientation and successfully complete training program
  • Must comply with health and safety standards
  • Adhere to Twin Peaks policies regarding harassment, fraternization, and substance abuse

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
  • Must attend orientation and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
  • Must complete any required training in compliance with local and state regulations, including food and alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
