Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience as a sous chef in high-volume or upscale dining
- strong skills in pizza making and dough fermentation
- experience working with wood-fired ovens preferred
- solid understanding of scratch kitchen operations
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- positive attitude and strong communication skills
- passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Qualifications
