Italian Saute Chef

We operate two Italian specialty restaurants in Old Town Tustin. Our Micro Brewery & Italian Eatery, Centro, specializes in Neapolitan style pizza and charcuterie, while Storico Spaghetteria is a full-service restaurant and bar known for Fresh Pasta dishes and grilled meats. A new concept combining these two themes is in development in Old Town Orange. Our commitment to Authentic Italian cuisine is evident through our frequent trips to Italy and dedication to using the finest imported ingredients that highlight the natural flavors of each dish.
