Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and dietary requirements
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices
  • Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation while ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices
