Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED or equivalent
- At least one year of food service experience
- Knowledge of computer systems and related equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reading and writing proficiency
- Planning and organizing ability
- Completion of food safety and sanitation training
- Ability to operate, clean, and maintain equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capability to lift heavy items up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to following all store and department procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Proactively provides superior customer service
- Takes orders from customers by telephone or in person
- Answers customer questions regarding products
- Assists with product selections
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh product effectively
- Inspects for quality and culls poor-quality products
- Operates and maintains equipment properly
- Cleans and sanitizes display cases
- Uses advanced selling techniques and product knowledge to build sales
- Records production and shrink for Bakery
- Manages Make Ready application for e-Commerce orders in Deli
- Performs inventory management processes
- Assists in training team members
- Ensures catering orders are ready
- Provides product demos and education
- Follows all food safety and sanitation standards
- Serves and packages products as per customer requests
- Educates customers on prepared food instructions
- Cuts, slices, dices, and chops food for preparation
