This position is classified as full-time and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.50 to $25.00, with pay adjustments based on geographic location, candidate experience, education, and skill set. MCCFC also offers robust benefits beginning from the first day of employment, including employee assistance programs and curated self-paced learning and development programs designed to support employee growth and well-being.

Beyond its technical and procedural aspects, the role requires exceptional precision and organization as well as a collaborative mindset to contribute positively to the team-oriented culture at MCCFC. Inspectors regularly engage with production supervisors and quality control teams to diagnose discrepancies and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and operating procedures. The role also emphasizes safety compliance and professional conduct throughout all duties.
