Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of one year bartending or related experience
legal age to serve alcohol
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong interpersonal skills
reliable and punctual
adherence to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service skills
recent bartending experience
knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
ability to engage customers positively
understanding of health and safety regulations
attention to detail
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Mix and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails beer and wine with precision and creativity
provide attentive and friendly customer service taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction
maintain a clean and organized bar area including glassware utensils and equipment
check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
engage customers in a lively and positive manner
monitor and manage inventory levels restocking as needed
follow the health and safety guidelines of the local health department to ensure a clean and safe working environment
