Job Duties

  • Review international flights to mitigate potential issues
  • Request and monitor all international handling and logistic set ups
  • Provide trip estimates for international bookings
  • Monitor daily international flight activities, aircraft departures, and estimated arrival times to ensure timely and accurate updates are provided to Customs and handlers
  • Properly document all situations or deviations that affect the quality of flight activity to provide accurate information to support decision-making
  • Coordinate ground handling services, landing and overflight permits, airport slots, parking, fuel arrangements, and other logistical requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for crew members and flight center teams regarding international flights
