The role of Tour Coordinator at Music Contact International is a pivotal position within the operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service. As a Tour Coordinator, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that encompass coordinating custom performance tours across the globe. Your primary focus will be working closely with clients and vendors to design and execute memorable experiences through meticulous planning. You will be responsible for ensuring that all reservations—ranging from hotels, activities, ground transportation, security, and meals—are booked according to the specific itineraries and budget constraints of each trip.

This role demands a balance of creativity, organization, and communication. The successful candidate will learn and assist with multiple facets of tour coordination, including generating flight and rooming templates, assembling tour manager packs, and editing supporting documents. You will build strong relationships with clients and vendors by providing proactive and positive support, making and adjusting reservations as necessary, and handling vendor billing with accuracy and efficiency. The Tour Coordinator must effectively communicate tour needs to both internal team members and external partners to guarantee the smooth delivery of tours. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth within the growing travel industry, with the potential to eventually manage your own tours and client accounts. Dependability, passion for detail, and a collaborative spirit are essential qualities for success in this role.

At Music Contact International, you will be joining a team that values work-life balance and fosters a supportive culture. Highlights include a unique 4-day workweek during part of the summer, regular team events, and an ongoing commitment to professional development through hands-on training. The company believes in making the workplace enjoyable and rewarding while offering opportunities to experience the travel perks that come from working in this dynamic industry. If you are eager to start or advance your career in travel coordination with a company that values creativity, precision, and teamwork, this role offers a compelling and rewarding pathway.
