Job Requirements
- Ability to travel on 1-2 international tours (1-2 weeks) annually
- Previous hospitality and/or travel industry experience preferred
- Travel experience and familiarity with Europe a plus
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proofreading skills
- Communicates effectively and professionally (verbal and written) with clients, peers, and management
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to improvise when unexpected problems or emergencies arise
- Strong understanding of email (GMAIL), Microsoft, and other online business computing tools
- High school or equivalent education

Job Duties
- Build strong relationships with clients and vendors by providing positive wow factor support to clients and vendors via email and over the phone
- Make and revise reservations as requested within approved travel requirements and budget limits
- Complete vendor payments and billing with a high degree of accuracy
- Communicate tour needs in a timely and accurate manner to internal and external partners to ensure successful trip delivery
- Generate flight and rooming templates, edit and proof tour documents
- Assemble tour manager packs and other client facing documents like traveler’s resource sites, posters, and handbooks
- Build accurate, compelling, and feasible tour proposals and itineraries within proposal templates
- Balance multiple deadlines, approve contracts, maintain accurate reservation documentation, and clearly communicate tour bookings
- Other duties as assigned
