The International Operations Agent position at Radiant Global Logistics is a critical on-site role based in Doral, Florida. This full-time opportunity offers an annual salary range between $45,000 and $65,000 and is designed for a motivated, detail-oriented professional eager to manage end-to-end coordination of global shipments. As a vital member of the international logistics team, the agent will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of international shipments from initiation to delivery, reinforcing customer satisfaction through expert handling and communication.
In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for both customers and partners, ensuring clarity and efficiency throughout every stage of the shipping cycle. Responsibilities include executing AES export filings via the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), negotiating competitive rates with carriers, monitoring shipment progress, addressing any delays or discrepancies proactively, and conducting detailed audits of vendor charges to maintain compliance and accuracy. This position requires significant collaboration with internal teams and external partners to uphold strict regulatory standards and company policies.
Ideal candidates will possess robust knowledge of international shipping, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Job Qualifications

- bachelor's degree in logistics, international business, supply chain, or related field preferred
- knowledge or experience in the cruise ship logistics industry preferred
- familiarity with ACE and AES filings preferred
- previous experience contributing to process improvement initiatives preferred
Job Duties
- Act as a key point of contact for international logistics operations and ensure customer satisfaction
- manage all aspects of international shipments from initiation to final delivery (A to Z)
- provide accurate and timely communication with customers and partners throughout the shipping cycle
- execute AES export filings in ACE as required
- collaborate with carriers and partners to secure optimal rates including special or spot quotes
- monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies
- perform detailed audits of vendor charges for accuracy and compliance
- maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance with export regulations and internal standard operating procedures
- support team members and assist with workloads as needed
