Job Description

Apple Inc. is a renowned global technology company recognized for its innovation and commitment to quality. Known for revolutionary products like the iPhone, iPad, Mac, and services that transform how people live and work, Apple continuously pushes the boundaries of technology and design to deliver unmatched customer experiences. With a focus on diversity and inclusion, Apple fosters a culture where employees from diverse backgrounds come together to collaborate, innovate, and create inspiring products and services that impact millions of users worldwide. As a leader in environmental initiatives, Apple also emphasizes sustainable practices across its operations and supply chain.

The Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team at Apple is integral to the company’s success in connecting with retail customers and team members. This dynamic group designs and implements programs, campaigns, and experiences that inspire discovery, learning, and engagement with Apple's products and services in retail environments. From marketing initiatives to live events, the team ensures that every interaction between customers and Apple’s retail offerings is meaningful, memorable, and true to Apple’s brand values.

Within this vibrant environment, the role of an Events Producer is pivotal to bringing a variety of internal meetings and conferences to life. This position demands a seasoned professional experienced in managing comprehensive event production efforts that align with Apple’s high standards for excellence and innovation. As an Events Producer, you will lead the planning and execution of major internal meetings, such as monthly team meetings, global quarterly communications (both virtual and in-person), and the annual Global Retail Conference. Your role will be crucial in creating a sense of community and connection among Apple Retail team members by delivering seamless and inspiring events that support corporate goals and morale.

The Events Producer will be responsible for all facets of event production including scoping, timeline management, venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, rehearsal coordination, and budget oversight. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners like Corporate Events, PR, Creative, Operations, and Production, you will ensure that every event not only meets but exceeds expectations. Additionally, managing the attendee experience, coordinating guest speakers, and overseeing on-site logistical operations will be key aspects of this role.

This position also requires a strategic thinker who stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative approaches to event design and execution. Post-event analysis and continuous improvement practices ensure that each subsequent event benefits from lessons learned and evolving best practices. Apple provides a competitive compensation package with a salary range from $146,800 to $274,500, reflecting the significance and seniority of this role, coupled with extensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, stock purchase opportunities, and educational reimbursements.

Joining Apple as an Events Producer offers an extraordinary opportunity to impact the employee experience on a global scale, working at one of the most admired companies in the world, and contributing to events that foster inspiration, collaboration, and innovation across the Apple Retail organization.
