Job Description

Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton is a premier, private membership-based concierge Internal Medicine practice located in Boca Raton, Florida. This practice is dedicated to delivering highly personalized, evidence-based healthcare that goes beyond the traditional standards of medicine. By adopting a proactive, whole-body approach to health management, Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton focuses on prevention, early detection, and optimizing long-term wellness for each individual patient. The practice offers longer, unhurried visits and utilizes advanced diagnostics to create strong physician-patient relationships, fostering an environment where comprehensive care is delivered carefully and thoughtfully. Known for its reputation for excellence within the community, Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton consistently experiences a high demand for new memberships, reflecting the trust and satisfaction of its patient base. Physicians in this practice are afforded the unique opportunity to practice medicine the way it was originally meant to be practiced: with time to connect, educate, and provide meaningful, relationship-driven care to a limited panel of patients.

The role of Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician at Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a modern concierge setting. As a primary care physician in this practice, the appointed doctor will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases affecting internal organs and body systems. Their expertise will cover comprehensive care management, including chronic condition management and preventative health services. The physician will be accessible to their patients 24/7 through phone calls, text messaging, or electronic medical record portals, providing unmatched responsiveness except during out-of-office periods for vacation, medical leave, or professional conferences.

This position rewards physicians with the ability to offer compassionate and collaborative care characterized by effective communication, excellent customer service skills, and high professionalism. The physicians work closely with both clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure smooth coordination of care and proper documentation within electronic medical records systems. This meticulous attention to documentation supports high-quality care delivery and practice success. The physician’s responsibilities extend beyond the practice office to include courtesy rounds at local hospitals to advocate for their patients. Additionally, physicians may represent Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton in community events, further strengthening the practice’s role as an ambassador for elevated healthcare standards.

Typical workdays for physicians at this practice involve managing a smaller patient panel with unhurried, on-time appointments. Physicians dedicate their undivided attention to each patient, proactively impacting lives through chronic disease management, annual exams, pre-operative clearances, and routine follow-ups. They stay abreast of medical advances and enjoy access to cutting-edge diagnostic tools and advanced medical technology. The practice encourages continual education and professional growth, inviting physicians to help shape the future of elevated primary care. In this elite setting, physicians utilize state-of-the-art diagnostics and technologies to provide the highest standard of care.

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $325,000 per year, supplemented by bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Included benefits comprise health, disability, and malpractice insurance coverage, along with a 401k plan with matching contributions. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, followed by on-call availability for their own patient panel. The call schedule is flexible and shared among concierge physicians, underscoring the collaborative and supportive nature of the practice. Physicians will focus primarily on outpatient care but are also expected to perform informal patient rounding in hospitals as advocates, although medical management remains with the hospitalists.

This role is an excellent opportunity for board-certified Internal Medicine physicians who value high-touch, relationship-based care, enjoy working in a technologically advanced and patient-focused environment, and wish to be part of a reputable and thriving concierge medicine practice in Boca Raton, Florida. Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton offers a unique work environment where physicians can deliver the highest quality care with the time and resources necessary to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives and wellness.
