The Medical Director will lead a team of primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), ensuring adherence to value-based care principles and quality standards.

This position includes extensive training through programs such as PCP Black Belt Training, PCP Essentials, and leadership development pathways. The Medical Director will gain expertise in center operations, medical economics, financial performance, sales, and growth strategies, enabling them to drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency. The clinic environment provides a supportive infrastructure including access to in-house consulting specialists such as cardiology and podiatry, and offers holistic health services like acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling to complement clinical care and enhance patient wellbeing.
