The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with clinic hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. The role involves managing a small patient panel of up to 240 seniors who typically have 3 to 5 chronic diseases. This position includes extensive training through programs such as PCP Black Belt Training, PCP Essentials, and leadership development pathways. The Medical Director will gain expertise in center operations, medical economics, financial performance, sales, and growth strategies, enabling them to drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency. The clinic environment provides a supportive infrastructure including access to in-house consulting specialists such as cardiology and podiatry, and offers holistic health services like acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling to complement clinical care and enhance patient wellbeing. Additionally, door-to-door transportation services via Uber or Lyft are available for patients, underscoring the organization's commitment to accessibility and patient-centered care.

Overall, this opportunity is ideal for an experienced physician with clinical and leadership aptitude who is passionate about improving senior healthcare in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive setting. The role offers a hands-on leadership position with a meaningful impact on patient care delivery, professional growth with comprehensive training, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401K plan with a 5.5% match, relocation assistance, and more.
