Job Requirements

  • Acceptance of a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, cultural, and spiritual practices
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and employee confidentiality
  • Ability to model appropriate behavior and socialization skills for clients and their families
  • Minimum of 1 year prior customer service experience
  • Experience with multi-line phone operation
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Competency in multi-tasking and time management

Job Duties

  • Opening and closing the agency
  • Greeting visitors and clients
  • Answering and transferring calls or taking messages as appropriate
  • Daily deposit of checks received and processing payments as needed
  • Managing key distribution to office spaces and company cars
  • Stocking and purchasing of office supplies
  • Updating phone lists, mailboxes and creating new staff ID badges
  • Copying and scanning documents as needed for the agency
  • Managing the calendars for the on-site meeting rooms
