Job Requirements
- Acceptance of a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, cultural, and spiritual practices
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and employee confidentiality
- Ability to model appropriate behavior and socialization skills for clients and their families
- Minimum of 1 year prior customer service experience
- Experience with multi-line phone operation
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Duties
- Opening and closing the agency
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Answering and transferring calls or taking messages as appropriate
- Daily deposit of checks received and processing payments as needed
- Managing key distribution to office spaces and company cars
- Stocking and purchasing of office supplies
- Updating phone lists, mailboxes and creating new staff ID badges
- Copying and scanning documents as needed for the agency
- Managing the calendars for the on-site meeting rooms
